Isolated location, staff were ready to help. I enjoyed having 1 king-size bed in the room, that was stocked too. Well prepared breakfast, exceptional service. Quite close to the airport, 30 km, perfect for an early flight.

It was really clean and stylish hotel, recommend. The beds were soft, and the location was friendly. There was a great restaurant, the markets and the shops next door. Breakfast was free, food was always delicious.

The hotel was CLASSIC, as you can expect from Hanoi. We only slept at the classic double room, but we appreciated it. Right by the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.
